Much of his career was spent at BT, where his key clients included Bank of New York Mellon, Sumitomo Mitsui and Bank of China. His wider experience includes roles with Serco and Cignpost Diagnostics.
At n+u, Adrian turns business priorities into programmes with clear ownership, milestones and financial discipline. He works closely with leadership teams to identify obstacles, make timely decisions and keep delivery on track, combining a practical understanding of operations with close attention to commercial performance.
