Amanda Browne
Amanda brings 30 years of HR experience across global organisations and SMEs, including senior roles and assignments with Vodafone, Hewlett Packard and Oracle. Much of her career has been spent in technology and telecommunications, working with and leading HR teams through changing business demands.
She advises boards and executive teams on transformation, organisational change and the people decisions that underpin commercial performance. Her approach combines strategic judgement with practical delivery: shaping responsibilities, strengthening leadership and helping organisations adapt while treating people fairly.
Amanda is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a qualified NLP and psychometric practitioner, bringing additional insight into leadership, team dynamics and individual development.
